Nature Publishing Group is pleased to announce the fourth Nature Chemical Biology Symposium:
Nature Chemical Biology Symposium 2011: Cancer Chemical Biology
October 20-22, 2011, Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston, Cambridge, MA, USA
2011 celebrates the tenth anniversary of the approval of Imatinib. The drug is one of the first major success stories for rational drug design, and serves to highlight the contributions of chemical biology to cancer therapeutics and in understanding biological processes. The 2011 symposium will explore the chemical biology of cancer in terms of therapeutic opportunities and a comprehensive view of cancer biology. The three-day meeting will comprise a series of six scientific sessions that highlight
* The pathways that contribute to cancer and its treatment including cell death, epigenetic regulation, and metabolism.
* The chemical biology approaches of imaging and chemical genetics.
